Making collaborative innovation a success: three moves to design future proof innovation partnerships

In today’s highly competitive and interconnected business world, innovation is crucial for survival. Yet it often demands expertise beyond what an organization possesses internally. Collaborating with external partners is increasingly necessary but comes with challenges, such as choosing the right partners, capturing the full value of innovation, commercializing inventions, and managing intellectual property effectively.

In this training we present the Innovation Matrix; it offers a streamlined and structured approach to tackling these challenges. It provides a clear framework for organizations of any size – whether start-ups, scale-ups, SME’s, large corporations, institutes or universities – and for professionals across various roles to strategically manage innovation.

By leveraging intellectual property, simplification techniques, and design thinking, we guide participants through three essential steps: THINK, STRATEGIZE, and ACT. These steps help organizations develop comprehensive strategies for innovation, build effective partnerships and ecosystems, commercialize new ideas, and manage the complexities of intellectual property, ensuring long-term success.

For whom?

Applicable to various types of:

Organizations who would like to become better in collaboration and setting-up partnerships for long term success. Such as start-ups, scale-ups, SME’s, large corporations, social enterprises, universities and R&D institutes, accelerators and incubators.
