We flipped the model

It’s not us who decides, it’s you who is the boss! At nlmtd we like to do things a little differently to ensure that the best talents can do the work they like in the best possible way. You are the boss

You decide how much you work. Would you like to study one day a week, travel or spend time with your family, or would you rather work some extra hours so you earn more? We encourage everything. Freedom and flexibility are our top priorities.

Freedom of entrepreneurship

You decide which assignments you work on. 80% of the fee is yours – a higher fee than traditional consulting, and what you pay is an investment in you and the growth of nlmtd. In addition, you get a 12% commission when you bring in assignments for colleagues.

Challenging projects

We work in many different themes and with many challenging projects there is always something that fits your personal interest, expertise or experience. Develop your knowledge area further, or experiment in another area of expertise.

Self development

Join trainings and workshops to develop your consulting skills - and other skills, such as communication and time management. Or share your own knowledge during workshops organized by you. We share our knowledge, that's how we learn from each other.

Positive impact as a B-corp

You will become part of a large team of doers. The entrepreneurial approach is evident, something that is very valuable in relation to our goal: making a positive impact on the world. We are therefore very proud that we can do this with a B-corp certificate.

With 100+ fun and ambitious fellow nlmtd'ers in a beautiful office in Amsterdam you will feel right at home. In addition, we organize many social activities, provide lunch every Friday, do sports together and go on an annual ski trip and outdoor weekend.

Entrepreneurs working together to make impact

We look for opportunities with clients together and preferably carry out the assignments together. We learn from each other through collaboration, feedback, coaching and training, and we actively share our own knowledge and expertise with the group. We work together at our office, and we organize lunches, drinks and social activities together. And we work together in a strong ecosystem, which gives us access to clients and additional expertise.

We are all entrepreneurs, this comes with financial opportunities and financial risks. We are all responsible for obtaining assignments ourselves, but fortunately our model makes it attractive to help each other with this. How much do you earn? That is entirely up to you. In addition, we take ownership ourselves to take a step further. Whether it is with the client, your own entrepreneurship or in your own development.

We are very motivated to accelerate the most important societal transitions (such as the energy or food transition). We put the positive impact we make at the heart of the work we do, and when recruiting and selecting new clients and assignments, and we see it as an opportunity to invest part of our time, brainpower and/or turnover in impact organizations that have less to spend.
