My passion is to inspire as many people as possible to be the best version of themselves and to contribute to a better world. Everyone makes a difference. I am convinced that organisations are the key to this. That starts with finding an inspiring positive purpose and creating a flourishing organisation; as fertile soil for the higher purpose to grow and bloom. From this basis, the transformation to a ‘force for good’ is initiated, at individual and organisational level.

What I like to do in my spare time

I live in The Hague with Sophie and our dog Jaimy, and spend a lot of time outside, on the beach or in the woods in and around The Hague. Nature as a source of inspiration and a place for reflection. I am incredibly grateful for our 4 beautiful children with whom we have many real conversations, marvel at nature, inspire each other how we can make a difference ourselves and just laugh, hug and enjoy a lot.
