Organizations working on the social challenges, on inclusion, on a more sustainable world: they do the most important work. But when it comes to strategy, innovation or funding, there is often no budget for the right help. Not because the ambition is lacking , but because the focus goes to the mission. So we did something about it.

We work with organizations that are driving major social transitions. And we noticed something: the very organizations with the most impact, have the least budget for strategic assistance.

Why that's a shame

Without strategic guidance, crucial issues remain unresolved. Not because the will is lacking, but because the money runs out before the strategy begins. And that means that impact that could have been achieved is not realized.

What we are doing about it

Through the nlmtd fund we employ our people for a reduced rate. No light version. Same experts, same quality. Co-gefinanced by voluntary contributions from our entrepreneurs, with a full match from nlmtd.

The fund is a bottom-up initiative. Not an executive decision, but an idea of colleagues who felt we could do more with what we have. The fund board monitors the selection and makes sure we deploy where it counts.
