The work that matters, deserves the help it needs

Organisations working on social challenges, inclusion, and a more sustainable world do the most important work. But when it comes to strategy, innovation, or funding, there is often no budget for the right support. Not because ambition is lacking, but because the focus goes to the mission.
So we decided to do something about it.

We work with organisations that are driving major social transitions. And we noticed something striking: organisations with the greatest impact often have the least budget for strategic support.

Why that's a shame

Without strategic guidance, crucial issues remain unsolved. Not because the will is lacking, but because the money runs out before strategy can begin. As a result, impact that could have been achieved is never realised.

What we are doing about it

Through the nlmtd fund, we deploy our people at a reduced rate. No light versions. The same experts, the same quality.
This work is co‑financed by voluntary contributions from our entrepreneurs, with a full match from nlmtd.

The fund is a bottom-up initiative. Not an executive decision, but an idea of colleagues who felt we could do more with what we have. The fund board monitors the selection and makes sure we deploy where it counts.
