Jonathan is an enthusiastic strategy consultant who loves solving complex problems. He believes that digital data are the best tools for organizations to continuously improve their customer service. He first gained expertise in strategy at McKinsey and then in digital as a Partner at SparkOptimus, focusing on both new services by traditional companies and on building and accelerating digital businesses.

What I enjoy doing in my free time
I’ve been playing soccer for over 30 years. Despite all that experience and wisdom, I do not compensate for my physical decline 🙂
