My talent

Analysing and structuring complex issues to identify feasible and appropriate alternatives. By listening carefully and asking critical questions, I identify key stakeholders and pinpoint the real problem. The combination of my interdisciplinary perspective and pragmatic approach enables me to translate incisive, multidisciplinary analyses into concrete actions. By maintaining a critical eye on my own work, I always strive for the best possible result.

People and organizations that inspire me

People, and women in particular, who empower others simply by standing in their own power. People who do what makes them happy, rather than automatically choosing the easy path purely for the sake of money and status. It inspires me when they build, tackle, change or do something driven by an inner motivation or interest, and in doing so encourage others to do the same.

What I like to do in my spare time

I love cooking (and enjoying good food), whether it’s to unwind during the week or for and with friends and family during the weekend. I also enjoy getting out and exercising and taking in the countryside or the city. I’m always up for discovering new places in the Netherlands or abroad!
