Floor is part of the People & Culture team and serves as a Recruiter within the Central Team. Floor has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition and knows better than anyone how to connect the right people with the right positions.

With a background in Social Work and Marketing Management, I combine a people-oriented approach with a keen eye for talent and organizational needs.

Throughout my career, I have seen how many places still lag in terms of inclusion. That is precisely why I draw inspiration from women who dare to speak up and actively work toward change.
What I like to do in my spare time
In my free time, you’ll often find me in a spinning or Pilates class, usually followed by (good) coffee. I also love checking out new bars and restaurants, cozy cafés, or hosting an elaborate dinner for friends.

During my trip to New Zealand, I discovered DON WEST. The song ‘Small Changes’ instantly gives me a weekend vibe.
