Floor is inspired by thinkers and organizations that use innovation to create real societal impact. Alongside her colleagues at nlmtd, she looks to examples such as Patagonia and the Protein Brewery which demonstrate how companies can play an active role in systemic change, and Fairphone, which proves that technology can go hand in hand with fair and circular supply chains. Too Good To Go combines technology and behavioral change to reduce food waste at scale. David Attenborough makes the urgency of climate change tangible and translates science into awareness and action, while The Green Times inspires with stories and initiatives that make sustainability accessible and concrete.

What I like to do in my spare time

In her spare time, Floor enjoys discovering new places and spending time with friends and family. She likes to explore new hobbies and challenges, and often loses track of time when she is active whether it’s boxing, dancing, padel, hockey, or painting.
