I’m inspired by Tony Seba and the work of RethinkX on disruptive innovation. His research genuinely changed how I see the future. It’s a story of hope and opportunity, and it’s hard not to feel energized by it. What makes it even more exciting is that you can see these transitions happening in real life right now. They’re not easy, and require a new way of thinking, but that’s exactly what draws me in and I’m eager to help navigate and guide them.
