Program and ecosystem 'Public Infrastructure in Transition' - Nyenrode
The (rail)roads, ports, energy networks, dikes, pumping stations, and water supply together form the supporting structure of Dutch society. These are designed for the long term and cannot handle rapid changes due to their complexity: there’s a lot of legacy, and despite everything being interconnected, matters are managed in silos. During this program developed jointly by nlmtd and Nyenrode, approaches such as systems thinking and change management are addressed.
