Mijn opleiding

My educational path is rooted in transformation and human potential—spanning business, innovation, and leadership. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Business & Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s in International Marketing, complemented by executive studies at Sydney Business School, Copenhagen Business School, and the SIY Institute.

Over the years, I’ve completed numerous leadership and coaching programmes—including Leading in Transformation, Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence Leadership (SIY), SAFe Agile Leadership, and Project Management at Rambøll. I’m also certified in UX Design and trained in facilitating Design Sprints.

But the most valuable education I’ve received has come from real life—kicking off my first business at just 19. That hands-on experience shaped my entrepreneurial mindset, sharpened my resilience, and taught me how to navigate complexity with creativity and courage.

I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who dare to take the leap—not just to build something new, but to serve a greater good for our society. I admire people who challenge the status quo, speak up, and push boundaries to make the world even a little bit better.

I’m especially moved by organisations that have the courage to put people first—those that prioritise purpose, well-being, and long-term impact over short-term gains. That kind of boldness—the choice to lead with heart—is what truly stays with me.

Wat ik leuk vind om te doen in mijn vrije tijd

When I’m not driving transformation, I recharge through a mix of movement, creativity, and nature. I enjoy weightlifting, beach training, and winter swimming—but also find balance in yoga, sauna rituals, and mindfulness. Slowing down often means hiking in the Spanish mountains where I live, snorkeling in the sea, or sailing.

Creativity fuels me—whether I’m designing jewelry, redecorating spaces, or capturing moments through photography. I’m also passionate about giving back, mentoring startups as part of the Techstars network—because I believe growth happens when we share what we’ve learned.
