Not we decide, but you are the boss! At nlmtd, we like to do things just a little differently to ensure that the best talents can do the work they love in the finest way possible. You are the boss

You decide how much you work. Would you like to do some training one day a week, travel or spend time with your family, or would you rather work some extra hours so that you earn more? We encourage everything. Freedom and flexibility is our priority.

Freedom of entrepreneurship

You decide which assignments you work on. 80% of the fee is yours - a higher rate than in traditional consulting, and what you remit is an investment in you and the growth of nlmtd. In addition, you will receive a 12% commission if you win assignments for colleagues.

Challenging projects

We work within many different topics and with many challenging projects, there is always something that fits your personal interest, expertise or experience. Further develop your area of knowledge, or just experiment in another area of expertise.

Development

Participate in trainings and workshops to develop your consulting skills - and other skills, for example, communication and time management. Or share your own knowledge during workshops organized by you. We share our knowledge, that's how we learn from each other.

Positive impact as a B-corp

You will be part of a large team of doers. The entrepreneurial approach shines through, something very valuable in relation to our goal of making a positive impact on the world. We are therefore very proud to be able to do so with a B-corp certificate.

With 100+ fun and ambitious fellow nlmtd'ers in a beautiful office in Amsterdam, you'll feel right at home. We also organize many social activities, provide lunch every Friday, play sports together and go on an annual ski trip and outdoor weekend.

Doing business together to make an impact

We look for opportunities with clients together and preferably carry out assignments together. We learn from each other through collaboration, feedback, coaching and training, and we actively share our own knowledge and expertise with the group. We work together in our office, and we organize lunches, drinks and social activities together. And working together, we do so in a strong ecosystem that gives us access to customers and additional expertise.

We are all entrepreneurs, this comes with financial opportunities as well as financial risks. We are all responsible for bringing in orders ourselves, but fortunately
our model makes it attractive to help each other do so. How much you earn then? That’s entirely up to you. In addition, we take ownership ourselves to move forward. Whether it’s with the client, your own entrepreneurship or in your own development.

We are highly motivated to accelerate key societal transitions (such as the energy or food transition). We put the positive impact we make at the heart of the work we do, and when we recruit and choose new clients and assignments, and we see it as an opportunity to contribute some of our time, brainpower and/or revenue to impact organizations that have less to spend.
