I am driven by optimization and view the world through this lens. This approach influences my work on relevant projects at nlmtd, where I enjoy developing creative solutions. I also gain a lot of energy from collaborating in a team and achieving goals together.
In recent years, I have primarily focused on my professional rowing career. Currently, I allocate half of my time to my sport and the other half to nlmtd. This combination challenges me both mentally and physically, helping me maintain a good balance between my indoor and outdoor activities.

My talent is perseverance combined with a good sense of humor. I keep the group together while keeping the main goal clearly in sight, without getting lost in the details.

People and organizations that inspire me
People who inspire me share a common trait: they achieve their goals, whether small or large, while overcoming significant setbacks along the way. A great example from the world of sports is Sifan Hassan.
I am particularly interested in organizations that hold a prominent position in their market and are built on a sustainable foundation and identity. In addition to having a sustainable mindset, I highly value originality, creativity, and aesthetic appeal in the products and services offered by these organizations. Some examples that resonate with me are IKEA, HAY, Etsy, Patagonia, and Dopper.
What I like to do in my spare time
Refurbishing furniture, constructing a camper, crafting, and participating in outdoor sports.
