I’m a proactive project manager, strategist, and co-creation facilitator with a strong background in environmental strategy, innovation management, and agile methodologies. My experience spans various industries, and I have a particular passion for the agrifood sector and the marine environment. My focus is always on sustainability, and I bring energy and purpose to every project I take on.

I’m skilled at connecting the big picture with detailed execution—making sure strategic goals translate into meaningful action. I take a “softly structured” approach to my work, combining clear project design and communication with the flexibility to adapt when needed.

My passion lies in creating a more sustainable world through innovation. I naturally inspire and engage others, and I love bringing people along for the journey toward positive change.

My education

I hold an M.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and have spent semesters abroad to deepen my understanding of different business cultures and challenge myself to learn new languages. Over the past 6+ years in management consulting, I’ve shaped my profile around innovation, business development, and sustainability, while continually strengthening my consulting toolkit—structured project management, problem solving, communication, and analysis.

I’m also a certified SCRUM Master, which complements my work in innovation. A recent year-long sailing voyage across the Pacific tested and strengthened my adaptability, leadership, and dedication to purpose-driven, sustainable solutions.

I’m inspired by people who put the planet and people first—both professionally and personally—while also staying grounded in self-care. I deeply admire those who create ripple effects and bring others along, amplifying impact through shared action. The same goes for companies that put long-term value, human well-being, and environmental responsibility above short-term profits. These are the people and organizations that remind me that true transformation happens when empathy, sustainability, and resilience are at the heart of every decision.

What I like to do in my spare time

In my free time, I love being outdoors—hiking, running, or swimming year-round. I enjoy discovering new cultures and ways of living, and currently call Copenhagen home (but I’m always curious about what’s next). I also express myself creatively through cooking and baking—sourdough bread and plant-based cakes are my canvas for storytelling.

My ideal weekend includes a long brunch, board games with friends, and either a good movie or a great book.
