What happens when you bring together organizations, innovators and drivers of change around one theme: sustainability? During
The sustainable transition requires not only vision, but above all execution. Many organizations are full of ambition, but struggle to translate ESG goals into concrete impact. That is exactly where Transition2025 offered a solution. A day where you could share knowledge, start new collaborations and learn directly from best practices.

Theme to solution
The program brought together inspiring keynotes, interactive breakouts and real-world cases. All focused on making the leap from ambition to action. A special moment during the event was the introduction of the very first Transition Awards. These awards reward projects that not only promise sustainability, but actually achieve it.
Projects could compete in the categories of construction, circularity, energy, mobility and food. Winners were chosen by an expert jury based on their contribution to sustainable change.

"Sustainable change requires resilience as well as sticking to ambition and action."

Jeroen van Duijvenbode, our lead on the sustainability team, was at Transition2025 to discuss sustainable action and transition in practice. In his interview, he shared how we help organizations not only formulate sustainability goals, but actually achieve them. From systems thinking to people-centered change management – our approach is focused on accelerating transitions with tangible impact.
Our sustainability practices
- Sustainability strategy
From ambition to action. We help organizations embed sustainability in strategy, operations and culture – while complying with laws and regulations.
- Reduce GHG emissions
We calculate the environmental impact of products (LCA) and organizations (GHG protocol), identify hotspots and create a concrete reduction plan.
- Circularity and use of materials
Measuring is knowing. We analyze material flows and develop a circular strategy and roadmap that fits both the organization and the chain.
- Human-centered transition
Sustainable transition only succeeds with engaged people. We activate leaders, teams and stakeholders with creative methods that really get things moving.
