AMSTERDAM – For the first time since its founding, nlmtd is expanding its partner group. Wopke Dost (34), who in recent years has become one of the driving forces behind the agency’s growth, is joining as a partner. In her new role, she will be responsible for the innovation division, where she will work closely with co-founder Pieter Paul van Oerle.
The appointment marks an important milestone for nlmtd. What began eight years ago as an agency with a clear ambition to help organizations become future‑proof in an ever‑changing world has grown into an organization of more than 150 professionals who work daily on complex challenges in strategy, innovation, sustainability, and transformation.
With Dost’s arrival, nlmtd is taking the next step in its development and making a clear commitment to a new generation of leadership from within its own organization.
A New Generation of Leadership
Wopke Dost is an experienced innovation and transformation professional with a strong background in open innovation, strategy development, and ecosystem development. Since joining nlmtd, she has played a key role in setting up and leading innovation programs for organizations in sectors such as energy, mobility, and construction. With her ability to bring diverse stakeholders together and guide new initiatives from concept to implementation, she has become one of the driving forces behind the firm’s growth.
In this context, the agency’s innovation proposition, led by Dost, explicitly focuses on leveraging ecosystem innovation and AI orchestration to drive societal transitions.
