What drives me is creating real movement — and supporting the people behind the change. I build collaborative frameworks, foster engaged cultures and translate strategy into tangible results.

As a creative problem solver, I use design thinking, lean and agile methods together with Prosci ADKAR principles and common sense to move organizations forward. I care not only about what we build, but why and how.
