Imagine:
Sustainable labels on your menu that draw attention to eco-friendly dishes. Or standard plant-based menu options, with meat dishes available only on a separate menu or by request. This way, you make sustainable and plant-based eating more accessible and appealing to your guests, encouraging them to make sustainable choices.
In our inspiring workshop, we’ll introduce you to the world of behavior and brain science. You’ll gain insights into the thought patterns and behaviors of your target audience, along with practical tools for developing effective behavioral interventions.
Together, we’ll ensure people adopt sustainable behavior, contributing to a future we can all be proud of. Join us and discover how you and your team can make a positive impact!
Who Is This For?
Joining our workshop is simple and accessible for everyone! We’re looking for organizations in the food industry that genuinely want to make an impact and encourage behavior change among their guests, restaurant staff, suppliers, consumers, and other stakeholders.
We create a multidisciplinary team within your organization, potentially including professionals from sustainability, restaurant management, marketing, purchasing, and innovation. Together, we’ll identify the most relevant group for achieving your goals.
Join us and let’s take the first steps toward a more sustainable future!
Program
The program combines theory with practice. In 2–3 hours, we work with approximately 8 participants to develop behavioral interventions that can be tested and implemented. Our workshop is divided into three parts:
- Target Audience & Behavior: We explore the desires, needs, and behaviors of your guests to determine how we can influence them.
- The Brain: We study how the brain works and learn which techniques are relevant for changing the behavior of your target audience.
- Interventions: We develop and prototype directly applicable behavioral interventions for use in your organization.
The workshop is packed with inspiring examples and scientific insights that you can translate into achieving your sustainability goals.
We also organize a follow-up session later on, where we discuss your progress with implementing the behavioral interventions and provide mutual feedback. This way, you can drive real change!
After the Workshop and Follow-up Session, You Will Have Learned the Following:
- You’ll have a deeper awareness of how the brain influences our food choices.
- You’ll gain a profound understanding of your target audience, their emotions, and the elements that shape their behavior.
- You’ll be familiar with brain- and behavior-change techniques that you can use to influence the behavior of your guests.
- You’ll have developed concrete behavioral interventions that you can test and apply in your organization.
- You’ll have implemented these interventions, ensuring that you finally achieve those sustainability goals!
