What started as a roommate situation grew into a strong professional partnership. Together with two other talented entrepreneurs, we founded nlmtd \u2013 a consulting firm that distinguishes itself through its unique approach and company culture.<\/p>

Our “no asshole rule” and focus on passion and diversity have brought us to where we are now: recognized as the most customer-oriented consulting firm in the Netherlands. We’re proud of our innovative projects, from making Schiphol more sustainable to our contribution to the energy transition.<\/p>

Now we’re returning to our roots with a special leadership program at Nyenrode, focused on the transition in public infrastructure. With this, we remain true to our mission: bringing together passionate professionals to make real impact.<\/p>
